照顧服務員的職場性騷擾處理之認知、態度及相關滿意度探討

摘要


本研究旨在探討照顧服務員「個人背景變項」、「職場工作者對性騷擾處理的認知」、「職場性騷擾處理的態度」與「性騷擾處理防治措施滿意度」現況。並分析不同「個人背景變項」的受試者在各層面上的差異狀況。 本研究係採問卷調查法,以任職於高雄地區長期照護機構之年滿20歲以上者照顧服務員為對象,總計回收 345 份有效問卷。根據問卷調查所得資料以描述性統計分析、單因子變異係數分析,Tukey HSD等事後比較法以及重複量數等統計方法進行統計分析。研究結果如下: 照顧服務員之 一、「個人背景變項」中,不同「性別」與「職場性騷擾處理態度」有顯著差異(p=0.002)。 二、「個人背景變項」中,不同「工作年資」與「職場性騷擾處理認知」、「職場性騷擾處理態度」、及「性騷擾處理防治措施滿意度」有顯著差異(p<0.05)。 三、「個人背景變項」中,不同「工作單位」、「學歷」、「年齡」與「職場性騷擾處理認知」、「性騷擾處理防治措施滿意度」有顯著差異(p<0.05)。 四、「個人背景變項」中,不同「婚姻」與「職場性騷擾處理認知」及「職場性騷擾處理態度」有顯著差異(p<0.05)。 五、對性騷擾處理防治之三個構面中的平均得分組間呈現統計上顯著差異 (p<0.001) 整合本研究結果,提供衛生醫療主管機關、長期照護中心及醫療單位及性學教育者相關的反思和建議,亦俾利後續研究者有實際的助益。

This study discusses the current situation of caregivers in terms of their “personal background variables”,“cognition about dealing with sexual harassment at work”, “attitude when dealing with sexual harassmentat work” and “ satisfaction with actions taken and preventive measures for sexual harassment at work”. It also analyzes in various aspects, the differences exhibited by participants with different “personal background variables”. In this study, a survey by questionnaire was conducted. Care workers aged 20 years and above from Kaohsiung-based long-term caregiving practices were the subjects. A total of 345 valid questionnaires were collected. Based on the survey data obtained, the study used statistical methods such as post hoc tests, including descriptive statistical analysis, one-way ANOVA and Tukey HSD, as well as repeated measures to conduct a thorough analysis. The results are as follows: 1.Among “personal background variables”, different “gender” produced a significant difference for “attitude when dealing with sexual harassment at work” (p=0.002). 2.Among “personal background variables”, different “years of working experience” produced a significant difference for “ cognition about dealing with sexual harassment at work”, “attitude when dealing with sexual harassment at work” and “ satisfaction with actions taken and preventive measures for sexual harassment at work” (p<0.05). 3.Among “personal background variables”, different “work unit”, “educational background” and “age” produced a significant difference for “ cognition about dealing with sexual harassment at work” and “ satisfaction with actions taken and preventive measures for sexual harassment at work” (p<0.05). 4.Among “personal background variables”, different “marital status” produced a significant difference for “cognition about dealing with sexual harassment at work” and “ attitude when dealing with sexual harassment at work” (p<0.05). 5.For the three perspectives of actions taken and preventive measures for sexual harassment, the average scoring groups exhibit significant statistical differences (p<0.001). To conclude, the study results offer health care authorities, long-term caregiving practices, medical units and sexuality educators relevant insights and suggestions, and truly benefits those undertaking further research.
