探討推動軍證電子化之使用意願

摘要

本研究主要目的為探本研究主要目的為探討推動證電子化之使用意願，近年來國軍朝著E化方向前進，現今國軍部隊的證件仍是紙本化，在證件上也多元化，有軍證、單位識別證、智慧卡等，使用上並不統一，功能性上只能當作識別，探討將軍證電子化並將軍中目前還在紙本、人工作業的管理結合，透過電子化使軍證功能性及方便性提升，(例如：電子假單、門禁管理、寢室出入、勤務簽到、用餐人數控管、士兵個人資料、行政管理。)研究未來軍證電子化後在相容性、便利性、安全性的使用意願，研討部隊軍證使用者對電子化後的接受度，根據 130 份有效問卷之研究結果顯示是支持，未來做為開發電子化軍證的參考，並提供為長官日後推動E化決策上建議。

In recent years, although the national army has been oriented towards the electronic development, but there is still using the paper-based credentials such as the military certificate, the unit identification card, and smart cards, which are unified in usage and only used to identify in function. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to explore the use intention for promoting electronic military certification.
According to the 130 effective questionnaires, the analytic results show that all hypotheses are supported. The compatibility, security, and convenience of military certification system have a significant impact on the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The perceived usefulness of military certification system has a significant impact on perceived ease of use. The perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of the military certification system have a significant effect on the intention of use. However, the study results can provide valuable information for promoting electronic and as reference in developing the electronic card in the future.
