In order to transparent the real estate information Taiwan implement actual price registry institution. The government has announce housing price index to reflect tendence of house price .Office market, which is the largest one of commercial property, does not have a representative indicator which is able to show the rent tendency. It is lack of information to measure investment risk in commercial market. This paper utilizes a case study of offices in Taipei to contrast the correlation index and conduct approaches home and abroad on purpose to organize an office rent index. The study point out that office rent index is hedonic price method, and we also construct office rent index of Taipei city and three major commercial districts by hedonic price method.
