摘要


自2019的COVID-19疫情爆發以來,疫情使得人們無法像以往一樣頻繁的面對面接觸,但也促成了許多的工作轉向了遠端的方式進行。在醫療方面,醫生從遠端與病患會診或幫助病患治療的情況也同樣的與日俱增。   遠距針灸是遠距醫療的其中一種,是由中醫師從遠端透過一些人員或儀器的輔助針灸病患的一種治療方式。主要透過通訊技術和物聯網技術來實現,而在針灸的部分,則可以在醫師的監督下,由醫師指示病患自行針灸。但是,這樣的治療方式全都仰賴於病患自身的操作,可能造成看診的效率降低以及醫師無法有效的掌握整個療程。   機器人技術在現今已蓬勃發展,應用在許多領域中,而機器人技術同樣也可以被應用在針灸上,即針灸機器人。本研究的目標是開發一手臂的穴位定位方法,並結合已有的針灸機器人方法,控制雷射筆來實現自動化雷射針灸。在本研究中雷射針灸是使用不具醫療效果的雷射筆來模擬實際針灸的情景,並不探討雷射針灸的功效。

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019, the epidemic has made it difficult for people to have face-to-face contact as frequently as in the past, but it has led to a lot of work shifting to remote works. In terms of medical treatment, the situation in which doctors consult with patients from remote locations or help patients with treatment is also increasing day by day.   Tele-acupuncture is a type of telemedicine. It is a treatment method in which Chinese medical physicians acupuncture patients through personnel or instruments from the remote end.   It is mainly through communication and Internet of Things (IoT) technology to achieve this object. In the part of acupuncture, the patient can be accompanied by a doctor and the doctor instructs the patient to acupuncture themselves. However, these treatment methods rely on all of the patient's operations, which may reduce the efficiency of the consultation and the doctor cannot control the treatment process effectively.   Robotic technology has developed very vigorously now and is applied in many fields. It can also be applied to acupuncture, namely, acupuncture robots.   The goal of this research is to develop a method of acupoint localization that can be applied to the acupoints of the arm using 2D vision, combined with the existing acupuncture robot method, to control the laser pen to realize automatic laser acupuncture. Furthermore, this research does not discuss the efficacy of laser acupuncture, therefore, laser acupuncture uses a non-medical laser pen to simulate actual acupuncture.
