國防部自 2010 年起配合行政院的政策開始推行公文線上簽核, 除能節省傳遞時效、降低作業成本及節省儲存空間的優點外,同時提供滿足使用者需求的優質服務。本研究針對公文線上簽核系統目前使用的情形與使用者的滿意度,並進一步探討使用態度、使用意願與滿意度各個構面的關係,並探討國軍電子公文線上簽核對文書及檔案管理工作之幫助與效益。本研究採質性研究,以10位實際使用電子公文同仁訪談,將所得資料統整及分析,藉此研究以了解國軍電子公文線上簽核系統是否具備實用性及便利性,研究主要發現如下: 一、現行電子公文線上簽核多數人認同便利性。 二、電子公文線上簽核系統無法因改良後受辦理更多業務。 三、電子公文線上簽核系統滿意度不會因改良後滿意度升高。
Since 2010, the Ministry of National Defense has cooperated with the Executive Yuan's policy to implement online official document approval.
