本文主要探討某陸軍指揮部內國軍志願役人員工作特性與離職傾向的分析研究,以問卷調查法為主要研究工具並參考國內外相關學者研究所得成果,製作「國軍志願役人員工作特性與離職傾向調查問卷」研究調查問卷,採樣對象為某陸軍指揮部官士兵121位,實施方式以調查問卷施測為主,總計發出121份問卷 ,有效回收問卷為119份,作為有效研究樣本分析依據,以電腦統計軟體SPSS進行基本資料分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異分析等分析。研究成果得知,年齡與學歷對於工作特性及離職傾向均有顯著程度差異現象,顯見工作特性能提供創造工作績效有正向趨勢,常有機會運用不同的技術才能去完成各種不同的任務及採樣對象從軍過程對於軍中生活適應程度,會影響役期服滿後退伍的意願,對於人員任務工作分派及人力相關規劃能提供適切的改善建議,期望能提供相關研究學者參考運用。
The main purpose of this essay is to explore the job characteristics and turnover in-tention of the Military voluntary personnel.Questionnaires were analyzed to a useable sample of 119 from Military voluntary personnel of the the Army Command . It adopted SPSS statistical software to conduct analysis, such as Descriptive statistics,Reliability analysis,Independent-Sample T Test and One-way ANOVA.The final results showed that the demographic variables as age and education have significant differences in job characteristics and turnover intention.It is obvious that the job characteristics provides a positive trend in creating job performance.Using different techniques and talents to ac-complish a variety of tasks.The degree of personnel's adaptability to life in the military will affect the willingness to retire after serving.According to the results,it provided rel-evant suggestions as the reference for the future research scholars.
