國民中學學生參與學校童軍團之動機關聯性探討-以高雄市某國中之童軍團為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討國中學生參與童軍團之動機,透過文獻的翻閱與整理,歸納出童軍團團員入團前所具備之童軍相關背景與認知、以及其對學生參與童軍團動機之影響,還有童軍團之運作現況與團員的感受及對後續參與童軍團動機之影響三者為研究方向進行訪談。 本研究為質性研究,以參與動機、課程之理論、童軍團發展以及童軍團活動為基礎,透過訪談法,利用研究者編列之訪談大綱為主要研究工具,並邀請11位已畢業之童軍團員作為訪談對象進行半結構式訪談,並將訪談所取得之資料歸納整理出研究成果,最後再以研究結果為基礎提出研究結論與建議,並當作日後招生參考,以及如何調整課程與活動內容以增加學生在童軍團內之正向感受。 綜整研究文獻以及訪談資料,得出研究結果分述如下: 一、 新入團成員因過往瞭解童軍之管道較少,故普遍對於童軍認知不足。 二、 透過宣傳與說明有助於學生瞭解童軍,並增加參與動機。 三、 同儕的選擇、活動安排、獎勵制度可有效增進學生參與動機。 四、 課程之設計,除學習內容之外,也應著重學生之學習感受,以增加課程之正向體驗。 五、 學生家庭經濟狀況會影響學生參與童軍團之動機。 六、 團內所獲得之成就感可增加團員正向感受,並影響其後續參與動機。 七、 較困難之課程與考驗活動易使學生學習興趣低落與感到挫折,應適時給予協助。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the motivation of junior high school students to participate in scouts. Through the reading of the literature theory, the researcher conducted interviews on the scout-related background and cognition of Scout members before joining the scout, and its influence on the motivation of students to participate in the scout, as well as the current operation of the scout and the feelings of the members, and its influence on the motivation of future participation in the scout. The study was qualitative research, and based on motivation of participation, theories of the courses, scout development and activities. The researcher designed the syllabus and invited eleven graduated scout members to conduct semi-structured interviews to collect data for a reference for future admissions, and how to adjust the content of courses and activities to increase students' positive feelings in scouts. Comprehensive literature discussion and interview data, the research conclusions were as follows: I. New members generally have insufficient knowledge of scout as they have few ways to know about Scout in the past. II. Helpful for students learn about scout information and increase motivation to participate through publicity and explanation. III. The selection of peers, the arrangement of activities, and the reward system can effectively enhance the motivation of students to participate. IV. The design of the course, in addition to the learning content, should also focus on the students' learning experience to increase the positive experience in the course. V. Student's family financial situation affects students' motivation to participate in the scout. VI. The sense of achievement obtained in the group can increase the positive feelings and affect their future participation motivation. VII. Difficult courses and testing activities can easily cause students to lose interest in learning and feel frustrated. They should appropriately provide assistance.
