中國大陸地區正面臨高齡化的社會及退休年齡提早的趨勢,大量中高齡退休人員退出職場,產生勞動力人口減少與社會福利經費支出增加現象,不但造成退休人力資源的浪費,也造成社會勞動力不足而出現經驗斷層,因此本研究就中國大陸在面對退休人員再就業的問題上,探討工作價值觀、自我效能與再就業意願之間的關係,以及風險認知的中介效果。 本研究是採用便利抽樣的方式,在深圳市國營企業發放200份左右問卷,東莞市國營企業發放150份左右問卷,惠州市國營企業發放150份左右的問卷,預計總共發放500份問卷。 研究結果顯示,目的價值觀對風險知覺有負向影響;自我效能對風險知覺有正向影響;風險知覺對退休再就業意願有正向影響;風險知覺在目的價值觀與退休再就業意願之間有中介效果,以及風險知覺在自我效能與退休再就業意願之間有中介效果。最後針對研究結果,本研究給予企業管理層、企業臨退休員工以及學術界提供了參考意見與建議。
Mainland China has been confronted with an aging society and a tendency of early retirement, a large number of middle-aged staffs retire so that labor force populations are reduced and expenses of social welfare are increased, which not only brings the waste of retirees’ resources but causes the deficiency of social labor force and experience fault. Thus this research will discuss the relations among work values, self-efficacy and willingness of re-employment and mediating effect of risk awareness in terms of retirees’ re-employment in mainland China. This research employs convenient samples that hands out around 200 questionnaires in Shenzhen state-owned enterprises, around 200 questionnaires in Dongwan and around 150 questionnaires in Huizhou. It totally accounts for 500 questionnaires. The results indicate that terminal values have a negative influence on risk awareness and self-efficacy has a positive effect on risk awareness. In addition, risk awareness has a positive influence on re-employment after retiring and also creates mediating effect on terminal values, the willingness of re-employment and self-efficacy in the end, this research gives some suggestions for enterprise management level, imminent retirees and academic communities.
