為了在快速變化的企業環境中取得卓越績效,企業必須與供應商協同合作,以達到一定程度的敏捷性進而超越競爭對手。企業如何將社交媒體與現存的系統和流程整合起來,以發展其知識管理能耐進而強化供應鏈敏捷性並提高營運功能,已成為很重要的議題。但是過去文獻對於社交媒體使用與知識管理能耐對供應鏈敏捷性影響的探討卻仍不完整。為了彌合並豐富供應鏈敏捷性之文獻,本研究透過問卷調查法,探討社交媒體使用、知識管理能耐和供應鏈敏捷性之間的關係。研究結果顯示社交媒體使用對於知識管理能耐的提升有正向影響,並進而影響供應鏈的敏捷性。因此,管理者應提高社交媒體的使用以增進公司的知識管理能耐,進而管理他們的供應商。最後,本研究提出提升社交媒體使用和知識管理能耐,以供企業提升其供應鏈敏捷性的具體建議。
In order to achieve a superior performance in the rapidly changing business environment, enterprises must align with suppliers to coordinate operations and together achieve a level of agility beyond that of competitors. At the same time, how social media integrate with comprehensive systems and processes to enhance their knowledge management capability and contribute to stronger supply chain agility is an important issue. Despite the increased usage of social media, operations research has yet to advance a framework that builds on the rich body of supply chain agility literature to explain how social media and knowledge management capability (KMC) influence on supply chain agility. Therefore, this study applies the questionnaire method to explore the relationships among social media use, KMC and supply chain agility. The results revealed that the social media use enhances KMC and in turn enhances supply chain agility. Managers thus should increase the level of social media use, should enhance firms’ KMC to manage their suppliers. Lastly, this study reveals constructive suggestions that allow firms to strengthen their social media use and KMC, as well as enhance their supply chain agility.
