當員工退休後,公司給定的福利是另一階段的關鍵。而本研究以A鋼鐵公司作為研究對象,從中可以看出員工退休後享有的待遇是優渥的,分別從經濟、趣味、終身學習上A鋼鐵公司擬定出相關服務措施,讓員工生活上得到應有的照護。本研究的結論如下: 1.服務措施的因素包括:公司福利、志工活動、身心健康三項;生活滿意度的因素包含生活意義、社會互動、情緒、自我想法四項。 2.生活滿意度的預測情形:藉由spss統計軟體,將多元迴歸分析將人口統計變項性別、年齡、在公司(任職)年資、退休前服務單位、人員類別、婚姻狀況、自認經濟狀況、自認健康狀況、離退原因等9個因子及服務措施、公司福利、志工活動、身心健康共計13個預測變項用以預測整體生活滿意度,從中發現「自認健康狀況」、「公司福利」可以有效測整體生活滿意度。多元迴歸係數為0.557,聯合解釋變異量為31.1%,標準化迴歸方程式為生活滿意度=0.354×自認健康狀況+0.318×公司福利。故結論可以得知生活滿意度可由「自認健康狀況」、「公司福利」決定,此2項決定生活滿意度的預測能力高達31.1%。 依上述研究發現,本研究對A鋼鐵公司提出建議及管理意涵,希望有助於公司及員工雙方在服務措施及生活滿意度兩項作出更多貢獻。
After staff retires, the given welfare from companies is a crucial factor of another stage. This study took a steel company as research subject. It is clear that the treatment after retirement is generous, for A steel company has formulated related service measures in terms of economy, entertainment and lifelong learning to let staff receive their deserved caring. The results of research are as follows: 1. The factors of service measures include: corporate welfare, volunteer activities and physical and psychological health; while life satisfaction includes: the meaning of life, social interaction, emotion and ideas of oneself. 2. The prediction of life satisfaction. Spss statistical software and multiple regression analysis were adopted to predict the overall life satisfaction through 13 predictive variables including service measures, corporate welfare, volunteer activities, physical and psychological health and 9 demographic variables including gender, age, seniority, the service unit before retirement, category, marital status, self-admission of financial situation, self-admission of physical condition and the reasons of retirement. It has been found “self-admission of physical condition” and “corporate welfare” can effectively measure the overall life satisfaction. The multiple regression coefficient is 0.557; joint explained variance is 31.1%, and the standardized regression equation is: life satisfaction=0.354 ×self-admission of physical condition +0.318 ×corporate welfare. Based on the conclusion, it is clear that life satisfaction is determined by “self-admission of physical condition” and “corporate welfare”, and these two factors’ predictive ability of life satisfaction reaches up to 31.1%. According to the research mentioned above, this study has put forward suggestions and managerial implications to A steel company, which is expected to help company and staff make more contributions to service measures and life satisfaction.
