分散盤之暫態流場的實驗與模擬分析

摘要


層析的關鍵技術之一是層析管柱前端的流體分散盤(distributor)。隨著層析分離難度的增加以及製程設備技術的提升,現今管柱直徑日益增加以增加產量;然而此類管柱長徑比(L/D)的縮減將導致流體流動分佈受到嚴重影響,因此顯著降低了層析的分離效率,此降低長徑比造成徑向流場不均勻分佈的現象必須加以克服。為了模擬與分析分散盤的流體分配現象,以及管柱內混合物之暫態流動現象,本研究利用電腦輔助設計(CAD)與分析(CFD),以及實驗驗證來輔助設計包含分散盤之層析管柱。本研究使用SolidWorks與FLUENT軟體進行數值模擬,分析不可壓縮液體於層析柱內的暫態流場,並完成新型分散盤的設計與製作;本文案例配合實驗用的填充管柱,以實驗數據確立影響層析準確度的數值參數,也模擬探討管柱內滲透率與吸附行為對出口濃度分佈的影響。

Flow distributor at the front end of the chromatographic column is important for Chromatography. Nowadays, increased difficulty in chromatographic separation and improvement in manufacturing equipment technology have caused the diameter of the column greater to increase production. However, the reduction in the aspect ratio of such columns will result in a serious impact on the flow distribution, and significantly reduces the separation efficiency of chromatography. This low aspect ratio causes a non-uniform distribution of the radial flow need to be overcome. To simulate and analyze the flow distribution of the distributor and the transient mixture flow in the column, this thesis uses Computer Aided Design (CAD), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and experiments to assist in the design of a chromatographic column containing the distributor. SolidWorks and FLUENT software are the tools for numerical simulation in this thesis. Analysis of the transient incompressible flow field in the column are analyzed. Thereafter, the new distributors are designed and fabricated. Referred to experiments, numerical parameters in the powdered column are validated to remedy the numerical accuracy. Besides, permeability and adsorption coefficient inside the column are simulated and analyzed to explore their effects on concentration distributions at exit.
