本研究以科技接受模式為基礎,將溝通媒介理論中的資訊豐富度及社會臨場感列為外部變數,旨在探討國中教師使用LINE 為職場溝通媒介的現況與使用態度。研究者採取文獻探討及問卷調查並行方式進行研究,以高雄市國中教師為研究對象,共回收有效問卷409 份。研究者利用SPSS 統計軟體進行分析,得到的主要結論如後:不同背景變項國中教師在各構面上有部份顯著差異;資訊豐富度對知覺有用性、知覺易用性均呈現正相關;社會臨場感對知覺有用性、知覺易用性均呈現正相關;知覺易用性對知覺有用性呈現正相關;知覺易用性、知覺有用性對使用態度均呈現正相關;知覺有用性、使用態度對持續使用意圖均呈現正相關。
Based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this study uses the information richness and social presence of mmunication media as external variables. This study aims to explore the status and attitude of junior high school teachers who use LINE as working communication media. The researcher eviewed the past literature and took questionnaire survey conducted on the junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung City.A otal of 409 valid questionnaires were received. SPSS statistical software was used for analysis.The main conclusions are listed as followed. There aredifferent significantly between junior high school teachers' backgroundand the constructs.Information richness has a positive correlation with perceived usefulnessand perceived ease of use.Social presence has a positive correlation with perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.Perceived ease of use has a positive correlation with perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have positive correlations with attitude. Perceived usefulness and attitude have positive correlations with Intention to use.
