本研究以國軍軍備局某生產製造工廠裡陎所有員工與同仁為研究對象,包含士官及聘雇人員,藉以探討工作輪調壓力對於組織公平與工作滿意之影響。 本研究以李克特(Likert)量表設計問卷調查研究工具,並以SPSS 22.0 統計軟體進行有效回收239 份問卷的資料統計分析,驗證研究問題與假設。所採用的統計分析方法包含基本描述性統計分析、效度分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析、逐步迴歸分析等。 研究之統計分析結果顯示: 一、不同個人屬性之士官及聘雇人員(例如:性別、職階、婚姻、年齡、年資、教育程度、每月薪餉、個人專長),對於工作輪調壓力具有顯著差異。 二、不同個人屬性之士官及聘雇人員(例如:性別、職階、婚姻、年齡、年資、教育程度、每月薪餉、個人專長),對於組織公平的認知具有顯著差異。 三、不同個人屬性之士官以及聘雇人員(例如:性別、職階、婚姻、年齡、年資、教育程度、每月薪餉、個人專長),對於工作滿意具有顯著差異。 四、工作輪調壓力與組織公平認知具有顯著相關。 五、不同個人屬性、工作輪調壓力,組織公平,對於工作滿意具有顯著影響。
The purpose of this research was to examine the correlations among job rotation stress, organizational justice and job satisfaction, taking employees working for the Armament Bureau manufacturing factory as research samples.A questionnaire survey using five-point Likert scale was designed to collect research data. Based on SPSS22.0 statistical software, effective 239 questionnaires Statistical analysis,such statistical methods as Descriptive Statistics, Validity Analysis,Reliability Analysis, T-test Analysis, and Pearson Correlational Analysis, and Stepwise Regression were performed to test research questions. The research results showed: 1. Personal characteristics as gender, marriage status, age, ranking position,education level, seniority, unit department and salary make significantlydifferences to job rotation stress. 2. Personal characteristics as gender, marriage status, age, ranking position,education level, seniority, unit department and salary make significantlydifferences to organizational justice. 3. Personal characteristics as gender, marriage status, age, ranking position,education level, seniority, unit department and salary make significantlydifferences to job satisfaction. 4. Job rotation stress and organizational justice are not significantly correlated. 5. Personal characteristics, job rotation stress, and organizational justice have significant impact on job satisfaction.
