隨著國際能源成本不斷提高節能議題廣受重視,而資訊網路機房的單位面積年用電量密度為其它商業空間的兩倍以上,本研究主要在探討資訊機房,有別於使用傳統機櫃,改採用煙囪式機櫃設計,減少機房內冷卻冷風與設備排放熱風,相互混風情形,是否有降低空調耗能負荷節能減碳成效。 本研究採用個案研究法,選擇國立台南大學電算中心電腦機房採用煙囪機櫃機房整建的實際個案建置資料,紀錄採用前與採用後量測之電力耗能千瓦(kW)值,換算機房能源使用效率值 (Power Usage Effectiveness,簡稱PUE值)結果發現,機房選用煙囪式機櫃,與煙囪機櫃本身阻風蓋板設計,配合輕鋼架天花板上做煙囪導熱回風管道,降低機房內冷熱混風情形,可使PUE值,也就是讓機房內非電腦維運使用的用電量比,由改善前的2.2降低到改善後的1.6以下,減少整體機房維運電力耗能費用支出,可達成實質節能減碳目的。
As energy costs continue to increase, the issues of energy efficiency is highly emphasized , and electricity consumption of information networks rooms was more than twice the density of other commercial space annual per unit area, this study was to investigate that the information room , unlike the use of traditional cabinets, uses the the chimney enclosure design to reduce the circumstances that cooling cold air and hot air emitted by equipment mixed with each other , and whether it can reduce energy load of air conditioning and have the results of energy conservation and carbon reduction . This study used the case study method, and selected the Tainan National University Computer Center computer room using actual cases chimney cabinet room renovation build information , It recorded the electric energy kilowatt (kW) value of pre-use and post-use, and converted room energy use efficiency value (Power Usage Effectiveness, PUE values for short ) . It’s found that the choice of the chimney room cabinet , and the cabinet with chimney choke cover design itself, made with light steel frame ceiling thermal chimney on the return air duct , reduced mixing of hot and cold air in the room situation , and can make PUE value, which is to let the engine room maintenance and operation of non- electricity than computers used , reduce from 2.2 before improvement down to 1.6 after improvement , energy costs of overall engine room maintenance and operation of power reduced, too. Energy efficiency can be achieved in real terms carbon reduction goal.
