摘要

系統櫃樣式在生產的角度來看，分規格產品和非規格產品，前者適用於大批量生產，後者的人力成本高，不適合大批量生產。因此，改變非規格產品生產模式是非常重要的，是保持市場競爭優勢的關鍵成功因素。
本研究在網路網頁搜索系統櫃風格並做分類分析研究，再深入研究規格與非規格之模組化生產差異，研究提出在數位化設備下，完全客製化系統櫥櫃，一樣能夠快速生產之目的。
再透過個案公司的數位化生產設備實作，及相關人員深入討論，驗證模組，簡化非規格模組化生產，提高生產速度之差異。
