本研究旨在探討高雄市國中教師數位學習態度與數位學習成效之現況與探討兩者之間的關係。 本研究採問卷調查方式進行,以隨機抽樣的方式選取高雄市520位公立國中教師進行問卷調查,回收問卷429份,剔除無效樣本64人,有效樣本人數為365人,有效樣本回收率達70%。回收的問卷資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析以與多元逐步迴歸分析等方法進行統計分析。 根據問卷統計分析的結果,得到以下結論: 一、高雄市國中教師之數位學習態度與數位學習成效均屬於中高程度。 二、高雄市國中教師之個人背景變項與數位學習態度、學習成效之間具有部分關聯。 三、高雄市國中教師數位學習態度與數位學習成效具有顯著相關。 四、高雄市國中教師之個人背景變項與數位學習態度對於數位學習成效具有預測力,其中以「有用性」最具解釋力。 最後,本研究根據研究結果進行探討,歸納出主要研究發現及結論,並據以提出相關建議,提供教師、學校、主管機關以及未來有志於從事相關研究者之參考。
The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between e-learning attitudes and effectiveness of junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung.This study adopted the method of questionnaire survey.The survey participants included teachers from junior high school in Kaohsiung,520 teachers were samples through the way of random sampling.The rate of retrieve was 70% and the valid samples were 365 copies,exclusive of the ineffective samples.The returned questionnaires were calculated by the following statistical methods: descriptive statistics analysis, independent-samples T Test analysis, One-Way ANOVA, pearson product-moment correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis. According to the results of the study are summarized as follows: 1.The e-learning attitudes and effectivieness of the junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung are at middle-high level. 2.The backgrounds of the junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung are partially correlative with the e-learning attitudes and e-learning effectivieness. 3.It is clear that a positive relationship exists in between e-learning attitudes and e-learning effectivieness. 4.Both the personal background and the e-learning attitudes of junior high school teachers do have obvious impact on e-learning effectiveness, especially on “application”. Based on this study results, the research tends to submit feasible recommendations for the junior high school teachers, junior high schools, the department of educational administrations and those who want to research this field.
