國小高年級資訊教育與數位素養教育之現況研究-以高雄市為例

A Study of Information Technology Education and Digital Literacy in Elementary School in Kaosiung

摘要


資訊科技發展快速,數位科技已不僅是工具,更是未來人類生活與學習不可或缺的關鍵能力。特別是各國面臨2020年後的新冠肺炎疫情衝擊,利用數位科技來降低因疫情造成的教育衝擊為各國重要政策之一。台灣教育界亦共識於培養國民數位素養能力之迫切性與重要性。然關鍵能力的學習,除了數位操作技能外,更包含數位學習素養的培養,在教育科技快速發展的教學現場中,資訊教育的推行成效是否真實反映在學童的生活素養培育中,乃本文關注重點。本文目的旨於了解我國國小高年級學童的數位素養現況、分析國小資訊教育推行現況,並提出對於國小學童數位素養提升之研究觀察與建議。研究對象為高雄市都會區高年級學童所填答之資訊教育與數位素養能力現況調查問卷,再輔以統計軟體為統計工具進行描述性統計、探索性因素分析與變異數分析。本研究歸納3點研究結論與建議:(1)國小資訊課程對於學生的資訊教育啟蒙具正向意義。(2)遠距教學的興起,凸顯數位素養教育的重要性。(3)國小教育課程應多加跨領域結合,藉以提升學生的自主學習能力。

In this era of rapid development of information technology and access to the Internet at any time, Digital Technology is not only a tool, but also a indispensable core competence for human life and learning in the future. Especially from the new crown pneumonia storm in 2021,hundreds of countries are forced to catch in dilemma over suspension of in-class education due to the impact of the epidemic.Therefore,"how to use the Digital Technology to reduce the impact of education caused by the epidemic is an important issue that countries must face and solve. We can also Learn from it which the urgency and importance of cultivating the Digital Literacy of all citizens. However, the learning of core competence, in addition to digital operation skills, also includes the cultivation of Digital Learning Literacy. As education improves every day,whether the implementation of Information Education is truly reflected in the cultivation of students'life literacy is the focus of this research. This study explored the relationship between the Information Education of the upper grades of primary school students in our country,and their Digital Literacy.To analyze the current status of the implementation of Information Education in our country, and put forward research observations and suggestions on the improvement of the Digital Literacy of the primary school children in our country. Using surveys,a total of students at primary schools in Kaohsiung were included in this study. The findings and implications of this study include the following: (1) Elementary school information courses have positive significance for students' information education enlightenment.(2) The rise of distance learning highlights the importance of digital literacy education.(3) Elementary school education curriculum should be more interdisciplinary in order to enhance students' autonomous learning ability.
