台灣美甲教育現況與精進建議方案之探討

為了讓學習美甲的學生，以及企業界美甲的初學者，能夠實現自己的夢想，能夠成為一個頂尖指甲彩繪高手的美甲師，對於學習過程造型的選擇，以及聘請具有專業資格人員指導的講師，是非常的重要。學生本身除了接受教育學習外，平時人工甲片等各項技術，必須要利用空檔的時間練習，及業界的技能比賽的參與，都可以相互觀摩切磋技藝；甚至各種美甲師執照的取得，講師與評審的證照取得，都可以能證明自己的專業知識及高超技術，更給了自己一個的自信心。另外，要成為真正的美甲師，除了正確嚴苛選擇學校外，其必經之路的三步驟為：1.去美甲學校上課、2.要取得美甲師的執照、3.在美甲沙龍服務取得經驗，且不斷的經常練習。本文介紹，如何正確選擇美甲學校的方法，及本身要如何去學習成為更棒的美甲師，希望能透過此研究方式提供給大專院校，及企業界美甲教學之授課老師，可以在課程上的安排與參考，也希望能夠激發學生及美甲初學者奮發向上學習的動機。

To achieve their dreams for these students learning nail art and these beginners of business community to nail art, and to become a top nail painting expert and manicurist, it is very important for the choice of style on learning process and to employ the guiding lecturer with professional qualification. In addition to receiving education and learning, students have to use the leisure time to practice the artificial sheathing and other techniques. And the participation in skill competitions of industry can observe and exchange skills with each other. Even the acquisition of various licenses of manicurist and the acquisition of certificates of lecturer and judge can prove their expertise and superior technology and give them self-confidence. Besides, to become a true manicurist, in addition to choosing school correctly and strictly, the three steps for the only way are: 1. Attend classes in nail art school 2. Acquire the manicurist license 3. Serve at a nail salon to acquire the experiment, and constantly and regularly practice. This article introduces the method how to choose nail art school correctly and they how to learn and become better manicurists. Hope to provide the arrangement and reference on the courses for instructors of nail art teaching of universities and colleges and business community through this research method, and also hope to stimulate the learning motivation for striving forward of students and beginners to nail art.
