隨著科技發展與消費者使用習慣的改變,銀行業已面臨重大的衝擊。而網路帶動了金融業的改革,面對消費型態改變,銀行將不再只是個地方,而是一種行為。因此為迎接Bank3.0的到來,銀行業者皆已在擬定人力轉型計畫、成立數位金融部門及進行大數據分析等,並且著重金融科技、數位應用的研發,以積極打造新模式的銀行。 本研究採用問卷調查方式,針對銀行內部人員進行問卷發放,並且探討在面對Bank3.0發展趨勢下,影響台灣銀行業經營決策的關鍵因素有哪些。其中,透過專家訪談及文獻探討,將所有可能影響因素分成六個構面,分別為服務定位、人力資源策略、服務型態、行銷策略、組織運作、金融產品設計,而後再進行問卷設計及統計分析,以了解在Bank3.0的趨勢下,台灣銀行業的經營策略該如何調整。 經由研究分析結果,影響銀行經營策略關鍵因素中,以「會增加網路服務功能及使用便利性」的認同度最高。所以銀行除了配合政府的政策加以修正本身的經營方式外,再加上智慧型手機的普及,行動支付的消費方式將會是未來的主流趨勢,相對地就必須加強銀行服務本身的安全性跟獨特性,才能提高銀行本身的競爭力。

In this study, questionnaires will be used to conduct questionnaires for insiders in the bank. To explore the impact of Taiwan's banking business decision-making of the key factors which, in the face of Bank3.0 development trend. Through expert interviews and literature, all possible influencing factors are divided into six facets (service location、staff strategy、service method、marketing strategy、organization operation、financial product design) , and then design questionnaires and statistical analysis are conducted to understand how the banking strategy of Taiwan's banking industry will be adjusted in the trend of Bank3.0. Through the analysis of the results, the main factors affecting the bank's business strategy to "increase the network service functions and ease of use" have the highest degree of recognition.
