由於國軍組織精簡化,然各部門負責工作依舊繁雜,國軍持續推動資訊化,本研究主要探討後勤主件管理資訊系統導入後,使用者對資訊系統滿意度及使用者之資訊素養對工作績效之影響。 為達本研究之目的,以澎湖地區後勤主件管理資訊系統的使用者為研究對象,共發放120份問卷,回收120份問卷,扣除無效問卷2份,有效問卷118份。研究結果發現,資訊系統滿意度與資訊素養均對工作績效達正向之顯著影響,此結果顯示使用者對資訊系統滿意度及使用者之資訊素養對工作績效的關係環環相扣且密不可分,爾後在軍方使用後勤主件管理資訊系統時,要提升使用者對於資訊系統的滿意度及人員資訊素養,如此對於工作績效才能提升。
Even though the organizational structure of Military is more concise and simplified, but the responsibilities of every department remain very complex. While the military is continuously promoting the informational system, this research is to study the users’ satisfactory to the system and the effectiveness of using the system associates to user’s information literacy. To accomplish the research purpose, we sent out 120 copies of questionnaires to the users of the logistic management information system in Peng-Hu region. There are 118 copies of valid questionnaires. The research result shows that in order to increase the job performance, the users must increase their satisfactory to the system and the users must also highly train to improve their information literacy.
