參與大學儲備軍官訓練團意願之探討

摘要


本研究以南部某大學在學學生為研究對象,探討薪資福利、環境設施、競爭力、生涯規劃及就業機會等構面,影響大專生加入大學儲備軍官訓練團(ROTC)意願之探討,藉由問卷分析了解學生對ROTC之看法,進一步分析影響因素,提供相關主管機關參考。本研究共發放 451份,回收率100%,實際有效問卷共 449 份。問卷經因素分析後,整體信度Cronbach α達0.869。 本研究之結果說明如下:(1)在人口變項方面,統計結果發現皆與加入ROTC之意願無顯著之差異,而在不同年級及家庭經濟狀況上,與影響構面間具部分相關。(2) 軍隊所提供之薪資福利、環境設施、競爭力、生涯規劃、就業機會與大專生加入ROTC計畫意願呈現顯著正相關。

This study is based on the college students in the south of Taiwan, and discusses the aspects of salary and welfare, environmental facilities, competitiveness, career planning and employment opportunities, which influences the willingness of college students to join the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC). We use questionnaire analysis to understand students' views on ROTC, further to analyze the influencing factors, and provide relevant authorities for reference. A total of 451 copies were distributed in this study, with a recovery rate of 100% and a total of 449 valid questionnaires. After the factor analysis, the overall reliability Cronbach α reached 0.869. The results of this study are as follows: (1) In terms of demographic variables, the statistical results are found to be indistinguishable from the willingness to join the ROTC, and in the different grades and family economic conditions, and the impact of the facet. (2) The salary and benefits provided by the military, environmental facilities, competitiveness, career planning, employment opportunities and the willingness of college students to join the ROTC program are significantly positively correlated.
