摘要


近年來國軍走向全募兵制,在兵力結構、組織調整上的變革相當大,這在國防整體戰力上提升了不少,無形間也將國軍推向更專業化的領域,也因為是全志願役部隊,節省許多龐大的基礎訓練支出,然國內面臨到少子化問題日遽嚴重,部分學校已經面臨到開班數量不足,科系合併抑或改走招收外籍學生,甚至降低入學標準,以獲得更多就讀意願,就目前國軍的兵役政策的條件是必須要具中華民國國籍,所以無法招募國外籍青年入伍,而此研究將以新訓中心為例,分析軍事訓練役招募的成效,探討薪資待遇與生活設施、對於家庭及朋友的支持與認同,另外對於職場的陌生、壓力、刻板印象及能否有效提升自我素質是否對招募成效構成主要影響的關鍵,期使國軍能藉由本研究結果,調整現行軍事訓練役招募工作的做法,網羅社會上優秀人才加入國軍。

In recent years, the national army has moved to a full recruiting system, and the changes in the structure and organization of the military have been quite significant. This has greatly improved the overall defense capabilities of the national defense. It has also pushed the national army to a more specialized field. Volunteer troops have saved a lot of huge basic training expenditures. However, the country is facing a serious problem of declining birthrates. Some schools have already faced insufficient numbers of classes. Merging departments or departments have been changed to recruit foreign students, or even lowering the admission standards to obtain More willingness to study, the current military service policy requires that it must have ROC nationality, so foreign youth cannot be recruited into the army. This study will use the new training center as an example to analyze the effectiveness of military training service recruitment and discuss Salaries and living facilities, support and recognition for family and friends, and the unfamiliarity, stress, stereotypes of the workplace, and whether it can effectively improve self-quality have the main impact on the effectiveness of recruitment, so that the national army can use this research As a result, the current practice of recruiting military training officers has been adjusted to recruit talented people from the society to join the national army.
