在網路的時代消費者改變了購物的方式,而科技造就了網路資訊的快速處理以及便利性,為了因應這種快速成長的消費趨勢,企業勢必面臨時間、空間及社交方面的挑戰,隨著近年來晶片成本的下降,因此帶動了物聯網(Internet of Things, IOT)的快速發展。而我國政府也在2015年10月建立了雲端運算發展方案,以協助物聯網之關聯產業發展,根據許多文獻指出,各國也在大力推動物聯網之發展,未來將有大量的物聯網相關事物的產出,而消費者也會處於物聯網的環境之中。 由於物聯網是近期所快速發展的領域,經由文獻之探討發現大部分研究皆處於物聯網之運作及應用,卻沒有以消費者的感受度進行對物聯網的衡量,因此本研究根據Delone&MecLean(2003)所提出修正版資訊系統成功模式進行物聯網的服務品質、資訊品質、系統品質、滿意度對於消費者購買意願之影響。 本研究結果顯示,最後由19個題項萃取出5項構面,此五項構面與本研究原架構相同。而物聯網資訊品質對於購買意願與滿意度之影響力為最顯著,而其餘4構面之假設也均成立,因此本研究結果能夠確實評估物聯網的各項品質會對消費者產生顯著影響。本研究建議物聯網業者能夠加強服務的可靠性、資訊的有用性、系統的易用性,讓消費者在使用物聯網產品進行消費時能夠有更好的品質。
In nowadays, the habits of shopping have changed. Technology has made a new phenomenon that people can have their processing more quickly and conveniently by using internet, in order to adapt this trend, Enterprises are forced to face problems such as time, space and social intercourse. With the decreasing of wafer’s cost, the development of IOT(Internet of Things) increased sharply. Our government also founded the Cloud Computing development plan to assist related IOT industry in October 2015. Lots of literatures pointed that many countries also promote IOT aggressively, things concern about IOT will raise very quickly in the future, consumers would be involved in this environment soon. Due to the huge development of IOT, I found that most literatures and researches of IOT are all limited to its operations and applications, but consumers' feeling. As a result, this research will show the quality of services, information and systems, and the impacts of base on the updated information System Success Model(SSM) which is referred in Delone&Meclean(2003). This research shows that the 5 perspectives are extracted from those 19 questions, and the 5 perspectives are identical to this research's architecture. The most notable thing is the influences of customer's willing and the level of satisfaction. And the rest 4 assumptions are also valid. Therefore, the conclusion of this research can certainly assess that qualities will cause a notable influence to consumers. A advice from this research is IOT business can improve the quality which they give to consumers by reinforcing their reliability of services, the availability of information and the accessibility of systems.
