人員管理電子化可行性之研究-以憲兵某部隊為例

摘要


全球的科技隨著時代發展進步迅速,科技最小從生活所需大至國家安全,都給予極大的貢獻,生活上我認為科技在人力資源管理的運用上是需要的。 就是因為科技,人群的繁榮程度,醫療科技使壽命延長,也使得以人為單位群體越來越龐大,面對如此龐大的人員資料,如果僅用傳統的管理方式,是會讓作業變的有困難而且緩慢,我支持人員管理也要隨著科技進步演化,要以電子化來做管理。 人員管理電子化已經成為社會組織發展和成功關鍵因素之所在。因此,針對人力資源管理的理論以及人力資源管理之實踐是非常重要的。本文從人力資源理論之研究、分類,並對於目前台灣某憲兵部隊之人力資源管理電子化來提出支持,並且從中探討其此管理方式之精進作為。

The world's science and technology are advancing rapidly with the development of the times, and science and technology have made a great contribution to the minimum from the need of life to national security. In life, I believe that science and technology are needed in the use of human resources management. It is because of science and technology, the prosperity of the population, and the extension of the lifespan of medical science and technology. It also makes the grouping of human beings more and more huge. If such a large amount of information is used in traditional management, it will make the operation difficult and slow. I support the management of personnel must also follow the progress of science and technology, to be managed electronically. The electronic management of personnel has become a key factor in the development and success of social organizations. Therefore, the theory of human resource management and the practice of human resource management are very important. This paper supports the research and classification of human resources theory and the electronic manpower management of a current gendarmery in Taiwan. It also discusses the refinement of this management method.
