這世紀是個競爭的年代,人力資本的良寙是國家創造競爭力優勢的致勝關鍵。我國公立職業訓練中心係專辦培訓國家人才訓練發展機構,每年不斷挹注資源辦理在職訓練,以培植社會所需之人才。為瞭解在職訓練評估的效益,利用人格特質與學習動機 (荷氏模型)評估對訓練的成效,探討是否能改善訓練績效,為本研究之動機。獲得以下之研究結果: 一、 人格特質對於訓練整體反應評估的各研究變相間無顯著之影響性。 二、 學習動機對於訓練整體反應評估的各研究變相間無顯著之影響性。 三、 人格特質對於學習動機及訓練整體反應評估研究變相間具有部分顯著之影響(研究型人格)。 四、 個人特徵對於人格特質、學習動機及其訓練練整體反應評估研究間無顯著之差異。
This is the century of the era of competition, human capital and the key of creating good competitive advantage. The National Vocational Training Centers are the place to train and develop human resource management in which they are continuous to inject resources to conduct in-service training every year for nation. In order to understand the effectiveness of in-service training, the use of motivation, and personality traits (JPFT), this study aims to investigate the training of overall effect evaluation and understand whether it can improve or not hereafter.。The results of the study are as follows: Firstly, the personality traits have no significant influences to training of overall effect evaluation。 Secondly, the motivation for training has no significant influences to training of overall effect evaluation。 Thirdly, personality traits and motivation for training have little significant influences to training of overall effect evaluation (research type of personality traits is significant)。 And finally, the personal characteristics have no significant differences among personality traits, motivation for training of overall effect evaluation。
