心輔士在國軍部隊心境轉變之研究

心理衛生工作在部隊中是很重要的一環，有單兵或稱個人才能成立一個伍、班、排而成連隊，反之，連隊中重要的資產為單兵，中華民國參謀總長李喜明將軍曾說：「如何有堅實團結的組織？不是有強大的武器、精密的科技，而是要有一顆肯為國家犧牲奉獻的心」，若要單兵能夠有此精神，其心理狀態必須要健康，才能應付每日繁雜部隊工作，心理衛生工作一環為評估心理健康狀態，讓入伍新兵或是在營服務的官兵能夠獲得適當的協助與開導，讓其能在部隊中順利茁長，因此心理衛生工作在部隊中具有相當程度的重要性。心輔士是一位怎樣的角色？協助輔導長心緒掌握及發掘潛伏在連隊中的問題人員，在連隊架構裡面，心輔士定位在輔導的立場，協助連隊輔導長執行心輔工作，心輔士受到上對下、下對上階級限制，在工作上的呈現、扮演及對自己心中的期許又要如何詮釋？本研究藉由探討完成心輔工作的過程，了解心輔士的阻礙與突破，透過遠與近兩層面討論在實踐歷程中，如何與自己及他人對話，勾勒出心輔士角色一職，此次研究我們取得了三點結論：一、委曲求全如同海綿般的角色。為了順利完成心輔工作，必須針對個人狀況以維護連隊為前提狀況下提出個人見解，不時的轉換想法與觀點，如同人格分裂般，但最後總是希望讓其在連隊中能夠順行各項任務。二、階級的影響牽扯人與人之間關係變化，深根蒂固的部隊文化，下對上只有「是」及「不是」，上對下若有諸多建議與指導，將導致下屬無法放手推動工作進展，也無法順心扮演該有的角色模樣。三、擔任部隊心緒不穩人員的抒發口，自己必須建立強大的信心與取得鼓勵的灌輸，才能不被負面情緒影響而做出錯誤建議與判斷，但也因為幫助人心轉為正向，所獲取的成就感也能豐富自己的心靈，雖然過程煩累，卻也願意投入更多心力執行心輔工作。

What does a counselor act in military？To assist chief of counselor handle and to discover problem people in a company . In the organization of a company, a counselor is consider at a counseling position, to help the chief of counselor to carry out counseling works. How do a counselor reach his expectation and performed his role with restrictions from the upper and lower levels？The study is mainly to discover how counselors deal with their obstacles and break through by discussing process of counseling. In order to outline the job of a counselor, we discuss through different aspects of the accomplishment of counseling, how do we communicate with each other. Through the study we have three conclusions, first of all, stoop to com-promise like a sponge. In order to smoothly finish the work, we have to give personal opinions on individual condition in the premise that the company is under protection. Frequently change of concepts or ideas like split, but hopefully all the missions in the company could be smoothly done. Second, hierarch can cause chemical reactions between people relationship. Deep-seated military culture may be troublesome for underclass to cope with their missions, when “Yes” or “NO” are the only answers to replied to senior official. Third, being a window of people who has unquiet state of mind in military, a strong mind is necessary to avoid wrong suggestions by influence of negativity. A sense of accomplishment can also enrich oneself by helping people toward positive direction. Although the process is hard, still willing to put a lot of effort into counseling works.
