本論文研究電力系統振盪和抑制,在電力系統中經常看到振盪產生,其原因不斷變化的負載和電力系統網路結構的變化引起的,部分的振盪可能會消失,不會再繼續干擾電力系統,但部分的振盪可能持續擴大,最終導致電力系統重大停電事故。常用來抑制電力系統振盪的方法是電力系統穩定器(PSS),它將一個補充信號輸入到同步電機勵磁系統,此論文使用一個演示的例子來說明電力系統振盪,並且使用三種類型的PSS來抑制低頻振盪,討論電力系統振盪和抑制的幾個問題。
This thesis studies power system oscillations and compressions. Oscillations are frequently seen in power systems. They are caused by constantly changes of loads and change of network topology. Some oscillations may fade away and won’t bother power system. But some oscillations may grow up and eventually cause power system blackouts. A commonly used method is to compress power system oscillations is the power system stabiliser (PSS). It adds a supplementary signal to synchronous machine excitation system. This thesis uses a demo example to illustrate power system oscillations, and applies three types of PSSs to compress the oscillations. Several issues for power system oscillations and compressions are discussed.
