網路的發展已進入Web2.0時代,雲端科技因應而生,強大的伺服器運算能力及相當大的的儲存空間,為人們提供各式各樣的服務,加上近年來智慧型手機快速成長發展,由電信商或手機業者、系統業者所提供之雲端服務便因此產生。但目前對於當今雲端科技的議題之探討,多注重雲端應用資訊安全與科技界的應用,對於高中生對雲端服務的應用的認知與風險的文獻不多,另外當學生的認知越不足或不正確將造成面對的風險就越大,因此學生誤踩陷阱的機率就會增加。本研究以雲端應用服務為主,探討高中生對於雲端應用服務的相關產品知識、認知風險、信任、使用意圖間的相互關係。藉由實體問卷方式收集樣為討本,共發放280份問卷,有效問卷273份,共計有效問卷97.50%,並利用SPSS軟體進行敘述性統計、信度分析及迴歸分析等研究方法進行資料分析驗證。實證分析發現:高中生關於雲端應用服務的產品知識、認知風險對信任分別有顯著之影響,高中生對於雲端應用服務的信任對使用意圖有顯著之影響,另外,高中生對於雲端應用服務的信任具有中介效果,也就是在信任的中介下,高中生會對於雲端應用服務的產品知識、認知風險均對使用意圖產生顯著之影響。
Development of the Internet has entered the Web2.0 era, and the concept of “cloud” is aroused because of strong server computing power and a large storage space. The “cloud” technology provides people with a wide range of services, especially applications for smart phones. But there are more emphasis on the security of the cloud technology and less on how much knowledge and perceived risk of the users have when they “enjoy” the “cloud”, especially high school students. This study explores the relationship within product knowledge, perceived risk, trust, and usage intention when high school students use the cloud application services. The total of 280 questionnaires are collected, and 273 questionnaires are valid. The descriptive statistics, reliability analysis and regression analysis are used to analyze the data by the SPSS statistical software. The results show that high school students’ cloud application services product knowledge, perceived risk significantly influence high school students’s trust on cloud application services , and trust on cloud application services has a significant impact on the usage intention. Additionally, high school students’ trust on cloud application services has intermediary effect, that is, the more trust on the cloud application services , the more influences on product knowledge, and perceived risk to the usage intention.
