微生物菌類肥料應用在農業生產新營運模式建立之研究

摘要


本研究是以農業族群作為研究對象,主要目的在於探討微生物菌類肥料提供農業族群在生產應用認同與建立新營運模式上之認知現況、差異及相關影響之分析。本研究採用立意抽樣法,以問卷調查方式針對嘉義以南農業族群進行資料蒐集,取得有效問卷270份,有效回收率90.0%。另外選用SPSS for Windows 22.0版統計軟體,採用項目分析、因素分析、信度分析、描述性統計分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析與迴歸分析進行資料統計檢定。本研究結果發現: (一)農業族群對於農業生產應用認同的總平均值為3.84,顯示農業族群對於農業的生產應用認同程度高;農業族群對於建立新營運模式認同的總平均值為3.78,顯示農業族群對於農業建立新營運模式認同程度高。 (二)農業族群個人背景變項在生產應用認同與建立新營運模式上,在性別、教育程度、居住地以及個人月收上均呈無顯著性差異,僅有年齡呈現顯著性差異。此項結果可能是中高年齡農業族群受到傳統農業影響較大。因此比年輕人具有較強烈的生產應用認同與支持建立新營運模式。 根據研究結果,本研究提出下列建議,以作為農業族群、農業團體與後續研究者之參考。 (一)透過政府部門的力量舉辦不同類型的農業推廣活動與慶典,以加強年輕人對農業生產應用的認識、了解與參與,並鼓勵從家庭教育開始進行農業生產應用的傳承。 (二) 對於環境綠化的教育推廣上,能提高對於農業年輕族群的正向吸引力,另外對於綠化教育的深入說明,讓農業族群更為深入理解對於建立新營運模式以改善環境綠化的問題現況。 (三) 未來研究可以擴大研究對象範圍、增加搭配質性研究方法做更深入的追蹤探討,使研究結果得以更為豐富且準確。

This study takes the agricultural community as the research subject. It aims to discuss the current status, differences, and analysis of relevant effects of agricultural community’s acknowledgement to approving production application and establishing new operation model. The study takes the method of judgmental sampling, and collects information with questionnaire from the agricultural community to the south of Chiayi. Obtained effective questionnaire are 270 in total, with the effective claiming rate of 90.0%. In addition, the statistical software of SPSS for Windows is selected, and item analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, ANOVA, relevant and regression analysis are conducted to examine the information statistics. The study shows that: (1) The average value of approval of the agricultural community to agricultural production application is 3.84, which shows that the community has a high approval to such application; the average value of approval of the agricultural community to establishing new operation model is 3.78, which shows that the community has a high approval to such model. (2) For the personal background variables of the agricultural community to approving production application and establishing new operation model, there are no significant differences between sex, education, residence, and personal monthly income. Only their age shows such significant differences. The result seems to be that the agricultural community with middle-and-higher age receives greater effects from traditional agriculture. Thus, they have stronger approval and support than younger generation. Based on the result, the study proposes the following suggestions for the reference of agricultural communities, agricultural groups, and subsequent researchers. (1) Hold different kinds of agricultural promoting activities and festivals through the power of government agencies in order to strengthen younger generation’s knowledge, understanding, and participation in agricultural production application, as well as encourage succession of such application starting from family education. (2) For the educational promotion to environmental greening, it can increase positive attraction for younger agricultural communities. In addition, the deeper description to greening education can make agricultural communities to have a further understanding of establishing new operation model in order to improve the current problems of environmental greening. (3) In the future, the scope of the research subject can be enlarged, and further follow-up discussion can be achieved through adding collocation research methods in order to make the result richer and more accurate.
