憲兵義務役士兵在軍中生活態度適應影響之研究

摘要

本研究旨在探討憲兵義務役士兵在軍中生活態度上適應影響之關係，以採用問卷調查方式進行資料彙整，研究是以憲兵204指揮部義務役士兵共 210 人做為研究之對象。憲兵義務役士兵在環境適應情形中，較為負向的態度上為「焦慮」問題；在人際關係中「人際焦慮」問題是比較嚴重的，另在整體適應狀況中感受較強的為「休假制度適應上」問題。學歷在大專以下義務役士兵在人際、態度及生活適應各問題上，以大專學歷以上者感受則為較高。在下部隊報到時間方面上，整體生活適應情形中，適應情形較好的為報到時間「不滿一個月」人員，其次則為「半年以上之人員」，適應較差人員為報到時間「1-6 個月之間」；在社會觀點方面上，有親密交往對象者(女友或男友)，其人際、態度及適應生活情形較為偏差；在部隊中比較有交心的朋友者，整體生活適應上應會比較好；在軍中服役態度及人際關係對士兵整體生活適應上有直接顯著的作用。然而在當兵服役態度上如果越正面、人際關係就會越好，生活適應上也會比較佳；根據上述對憲兵義務役士兵研究發現，本研究提出進一步之討論，作為未來研究或從事軍事教育管理上及軍中心理衛生防治工作相關人員之參考。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between military officers and soldiers of the constitutional police who can adapt and adjust their attitudes toward life in the military. The survey is based on a questionnaire survey. The research is based on a total of 210 soldiers in the 204 military police headquarters. In the context of environmental adaptation, the soldier-in-law of the gendarmerie has a more negative attitude toward "anxiety." In interpersonal relationships, the problem of "interpersonal anxiety" is more serious. In addition, the feeling of being more comfortable in the overall adaptation status is defined as the "leave system Adapt to the problem. Academic qualifications below the college education soldiers in the interpersonal, attitude and life to adapt to various issues, with a college education or higher experience is higher. Those who have more friends in the armed forces should have a better overall living standard ; Military service attitude and interpersonal relationships have a direct and significant effect on the overall life of soldiers. However, the more positive attitude toward military service is the better interpersonal relationships and the better adaptation to life. According to the above study on soldiers of the military police officers, this study proposes further discussion as a future research or military education Management and military psychological health prevention and control of personnel related to the reference.
