中學生智慧型手機使用者行為與成癮傾向研究-以高雄市某完全中學為例

智慧型手機已融入現代人的生活之中，手機上網的使用也呈現了普及化、與低齡化趨勢，「人手一機，機不離身」--這樣的一個現象，已經越來越普遍。智慧型手機除了給現代人帶來生活上與工作上的便利之外，然而因為過度或不當使用，對學生的負面影響，也日益深遠，而且手機使用行為對學生的學業成就甚至就學狀況影響甚巨。智慧型手機除了帶來便利之外，也帶來了許多生理上與心理上的負面影響。研究者在學校服務8年，發現手機過度使用及過度依賴甚至成癮的學生愈來愈多，因此無法正常上學的學生也有日益增多的現象，本論文以作者本身任教學學校的學生為研究的對象，想探討中學生智慧型手機的使用行為與智慧型手機成癮現況調查，期能就研究結果提供給該校師長及輔導人員及學生家長輔導管教實務上之參考。本研究結果發現: 一、中學學生智慧型手機的持有率趨近 100%，都以連接上網路進行社交與傳遞訊息或是休閒娛樂使用為主要使用動機。二、中學學生智慧型手機使用者未達成癮程度。三、不同背景的變項中學生智慧型手機的使用者行為，在最主要的選項上大致都相同。四、不同背景的變項之中學生智慧型手機的成癮傾向現況，男生大於女生，而高中部則大於國中部。

Smart phones have been integrated into the lives of modern people, and the use of mobile Internet access has also shown a trend of popularization and aging. In addition to bringing convenience to life and work for modern people, smart phones have a far-reaching negative impact on students because of excessive or improper use, and the use of mobile phones has a great impact on students’ academic achievement and even school attendance. . In addition to bringing convenience, smart phones have also brought many physical and psychological negative effects. The researchers have been serving in the school for 8 years and found that there are more and more students who are over-utilized and over-reliant and even addicted to mobile phones. Therefore, there are more and more students who are unable to go to school normally. This thesis is based on the students who teach the school. To explore the current situation of smart phone use behavior and smart phone addiction among middle school students, and to provide reference to the school's teachers and counselors and parents' counseling and management practice. The results of this study found that: 1. The holding rate of high school students' smart phones is close to 100%, and they are mainly used to connect to the Internet for social and messaging or entertainment. 2. The high school students' smart phone users have not reached the level of addiction. 3. The user behavior of the high school students' smart phones with different background variables is roughly the same in the most important options. 4. Different background variables in the high school students wisdom mobile phone addiction tendency status, male students are larger than girls, while high school is larger than the central part of the country.
