This paper to study, evaluate market mobile services in Ha Giang province. Research strategies for business mobile services that VNPT Ha Giang has done. Analyze and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of VNPT in Ha Giang as well as of the competitors in the market. This paper uses the methods of analysis and evaluation as: Comparative method, Trend analysis method, Induction method, Matrix analysis method, Method of applying the theoretical model into practice. The study results point out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for VNPT in Ha Giang. At the same time pointing out the best strategy for business mobile services of VNPT Ha Giang for the period 2014 – 2017.
