面對數位時代,圖書館資訊提供方式和內容,顯然已改變;而教學醫院圖書館著重於提供醫學專業知識之資訊服務,需重視醫護各職類使用者在臨床、教學與研究上之需求,讓使用者能因利用圖書館資源,使病人得到最佳的照顧,並促進醫療品質提升,創造經濟效益等,這都是圖書館提供服務所樂見,也是需要關注的。因此,圖書館為瞭解各項服務與設施是否能滿足使用者之需求,特實施此問卷調查,調查結果有助於圖書館掌握服務現況,並作為加強或改善服務品質之參考。 本研究採量化方式,主要針對南部某區域教學醫院的院內同仁作為發放對象,共計發放(含網路問卷) 350份,回收研究樣本342份,無效問卷28份,有效樣本為314份。 研究結果顯示,空間環境、館藏資源、圖書館網頁、服務態度與內容等四個面向進行調查,整體滿意度平均為4.06(81%)。使用者針對問卷問項總體而論,認為最不滿意的依序為「圖書館內紙本圖書及期刊的多元化」、「圖書館內紙本圖書及期刊的新穎性與時效性」、「圖書館所提供的電子期刊資源」,而對讀者來說最滿意的依序是「館員服務態度」、「館員辦理借還書的過程」、「館員協助使用者書籍查詢服務」。此外針對職別到圖書館的使用目的分析,醫師不論是在使用紙本圖書/期刊,亦或是電子/視聽資料的頻率上,顯著於護理人員及其他(包含行政、醫事、醫技人員與實習學生)。
