高中升學制度-從「九年義務教育」到「十二年國民基本教育」

摘要


本研究主要針對台灣教育改革及問題改善進行探討。以「九年義務教育」至「十二年國民基本教育」之教改變化為主軸,分析國、高中生之升學壓力成因。 教育問題一直以來都是台灣主要需改善的問題之一。近年來的教育制度不斷改革,卻造成學生學習莫大的壓力。根據2012年「兒童福利聯盟」與「黃昆輝教授教育基金會」在2017年的調查結果,發現台灣學童的學習壓力並未因為教育改革減少,甚至造成學童無動力學習新知。 十二年國教的推動,對學習壓力到底是幫助,抑或使其更加嚴重?以文獻分析法將上述之問題點進行深入研究,本研究分析之重點結果如下: 1. 學生之教育品質好壞與個人才能培養發展、親師互信互助、教師之專業成長、教育資源分配等有極大關係。 2. 十二年國教最備受關注的「免試升學」依目前狀況來說,因並非「完全」免試,反而造成學生更多的壓力。

The purpose of this thesis is to the education problem of Taiwan and the resolution. The change of educational reform from “9-year of compulsory education” to “12-year compulsory education” will be the main theme to analyze the pressure problem the junior high student and senior high student have. Educational problem is the serious issue in Taiwan from long time ago. In recent years, although educational reform has been corrected for many times, the problem never be resolved. On the contrary, students get more pressure. Ther results from questionnaire investigate by Child Welfare League Foundation 2012 and “黃昆輝教授教育基金會” 2017, the pressure problem that Taiwan student have never resolved by the reform. In contrast to the actual condition, student lose the passion to learn new knowledge. “12-year compulsory education” can help student to resolve the pressure or the pressure would be more serious ? This study will be conducted by document analysis, and the result as following: 1. Development of talent, teacher and parent believe each other, teacher improve their teaching skill and knowledge, equality of educational opportunity will impact on the result of educational quality. 2. The most attracted issue from “12-year compulsory education” is “免試升學(no exam for entering a higher school) ” . According to the current situation, “免試升學”is not really “no exam”, and it actually produce the new pressure to the student.
