摘要

技術移轉之目的會因技術提供者立場而有所差異，例如：當產業界為技術提供者時，是以獲取收益，擴展市場、增加技術用途、延長生命週期為主要目的；若研究機構為技術提供者時，其主要目的則在於使研發結果產生商業化的用途，以達到出資者的要求，以履行企業委託研究開發之義務；當學術單位為技術提供者時，首要之務則為將新知擴散，以裨益大眾，亦期望將研究結果開發或轉為商業化用途，以達到出資者的要求或履行企業委託開發之義務。
技術由於不同廠商的需求而導致技術移轉的類型迥異，同時伴隨著相關的研究課題。有系統、有組織的工作，藉由管理的方式來達到，技術的創新可以用來維持技術發展的動力，所以研究機構與企業雙方較適合的互動模式，以增進技術移轉的績效。本研究將就以下之技術移轉模式，加以說明：
1.用策略聯盟方式與企業進行技術移轉
2.因技術移轉產生衍生公司
3.產、官、學、研間之技術移轉
由這三種技術移轉模式，說明成功及未完成之因素，在未來如遇類似之技術移轉方式，也可運用其他策略來達到成功。
本研究結果得到在研發機構的角度，希望透過產業鏈廠商合作之策略，協助產業突破技術障礙，推動產業關鍵零組件、模組、系統自主研發及國產化、開發高階產品及關鍵新材料共同拓新市場，帶動產業轉型升級，提升國際地位。

The purpose of technology transfer with regard the position of the technology owner, for instance: when the owner is from an industrial background, the main purpose of his or her technology transfer is actually based on their revenue of raw materials, market expanse, and increasing technology use to extend the technology life cycle ; if the owner is from a research institution point of view, the main purpose of the technology transfer is to achieve the development of commercialization to meet the requirements of funders in order to obey the obligations of enterprises commissioned research and development; also when an academic organization is taking part as being the provider, their first priority is the diffusion of new knowledge to benefit the public, as well as is the further commercialization is expected in the future.
The varieties of technology transfer due to the differences of the organization through each provider, following up with related research topics. With well-managed methods to achieve the motivation of innovative technology, along with the adoption of interactive mode enhance technology transfer performance; to be more specific. The following transfer modes as shown：
1. Transfer Technology with companies by strategy alliance
2. Generate spin-off companies by transferring technology
3. Technology Transfer between industries, academic organizations, and R&D institutions
The above three modes explain the reasons why successful Technology Transfer cases occur, and it is a good idea to reference and apply relevant strategies.
These obtained results through R&D’s point of view, will assist industry in overcoming technical barriers and to promote industrial key components, modules, independent system research, localization, development of new markets in high-level products and key materials through the cooperation between industry chain manufacturers. Furthermore, there is a great expectation in promoting industrial restructuring and upgrading to enhance the international status.
