為因應國軍人力精簡案對原先個案工廠生產流程的影響,本研究從該廠生產線上彈筒網印機的印製流程著手,此流程原先全由人力進行放置彈體、印刷、放置等待乾燥之作業,本研究嘗試設計以電動馬達及輸送帶組合自動化機械,操作者可根據彈體的大小、塗料的乾燥時間等要素自行設定輸送機械,藉以完成彈體自動放置定位、網印機印刷、彈筒標示印刷完成後集中放置等待乾燥等作業,以電腦模擬運算其流程後,將結果從半自動化機械生產流程所需要之時間、產量等方面與原先人力操作之產量及效率進行對比,並從彈體的放置、機械的印刷、放置等待乾燥等步驟做逐項觀察,設計出在目前人力精簡的情況下,既能確保產量也能兼顧工作人員之安全與工時的最完善流程,希冀能以此推動個案工廠生產流程的改善,降低生產人員負擔及提升安全係數。
In order to cope with the policy of the national army's manpower reduction on the munition factory production process, this study started with the printing process of the factory's production line cartridge screen printing machine. This process was originally put by manpower to place the Cartridge, print, and wait for drying. This research attempts to design an automatic motor with electric motor and conveyor belt. The operator can set the conveying machine according to the size of the cartridge and the drying time of the paint, so as to complete the automatic positioning of the cartridge, the printing of the screen printing machine and the label of the cartridge. After the printing is completed, concentrated on place and waiting for drying. After the computer simulation calculation process, the results are compared with the output and efficiency of the original manual operation from the time and output required for the semi-automatic mechanical production process. The steps of the placement of the projectile, the printing of the machine, the waiting for drying, etc. are observed item by item, and the most perfect process for ensuring the production and the safety and working hours of the staff can be designed in the current situation of manpower reduction. In this way, the production process of the factory is improved, the burden on production personnel is reduced, and the safety factor is improved.
