研究目的探討國軍志願役工作滿意度、年金改革公平認知、工作士氣關係聚焦於陸軍某部隊之官、士、兵,以瞭解近年來國軍的年金改革後對公平認知、工作滿意度、工作投入是否產生影響,以南部某軍事單位之軍官、士官、士兵為研究對象,以集群抽樣方法取樣,回收之有效問卷將應用SPSS軟體實施描述性的統計跟分析和T檢定、單因子變異數分析、及多元迴歸的分析。根據有效問卷數300份作統計分析,得到以下結果:一、研究結果證實年金改革公平認知與工作士氣具顯著正相關關係,研究結果說明當志願役官官兵工作滿意度愈高時,有助於提高其工作士氣。二、工作滿意度與工作士氣具顯著正相關關係,研究結果說明當志願役官官兵工作滿意度愈高時,有助於提高其工作士氣。
This was a study on the Impact of Annuity Reform to Soldier’s Fair Cognation , Career Satisfaction and Morale. It focused on the commissioned officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers to know that if the Impact of Annuity Reform has impact on their Fair Cognation , Career Satisfaction, and Soldier’s Fair Cognation , Career Satisfaction and Morale in recent years. The subjects of the study are commissioned officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers of an army unit in Southern China. for which the group sampling will be used., and expect to collect more than 300 valid samples and will be obtained. SPSS software was used for descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, one way analysis and regression analysis for the valid samples. According to the statistical analysis of 300 valid questionnaires, the following results are obtained: 1. The research results confirm that there is a significant positive correlation between the perception of fairness in pension reform and work morale, the research results show that when the job satisfaction of volunteer officers and soldiers is higher, it helps to improve their morale. 2. There is a significant positive correlation between job satisfaction and job morale. The research results show that when the job satisfaction of volunteer officers and soldiers is higher, it helps to improve their job morale.
