在科技發達的時代,組織面臨著強大的競爭壓力,為了提升競爭力,政府積極推動許多政策來提升民眾的資訊科技能力。其中,政府推動了許多相關的資訊教育政策,從國小階段開始培育師生的資訊科技能力,並鼓勵教師使用資訊科技融入教學來提升學生的學習成效與資訊能力。許多研究已開始探討影響教師資訊科技融入教學的影響因素。然而,教師在資訊科技融入教學中遇到許多的問題。因此,本研究依據創新擴散理論(Innovation Diffusion Theory, IDT)來探討教師資訊科技融入教學之因素,希望能更完整的了解影響教師使用資訊融入教學的原因。在資料蒐集部份,本研究採立意抽樣方式並透過網路將問卷發放給高雄市國小教師。總計回收有效問卷206份。研究結果顯示在相對優勢、相容性、可試用性、可觀察性、行政主管的認知、政府政策、廠商支援配合、創新態度、資訊科技態度及具備資訊科技知識對於資訊科技融入教學之採用具顯著正向的影響。最後,本研究提出具體建議,以提升教師將資訊科技融入教學中。
Organizations encountered great competitive pressures in the era of advanced technology. In order to enhance competitiveness, the government actively promotes many policies to enhance people’s information technology (IT) capabilities. In the meantime, the government has promoted many policies relevant to information education. It has nurtured the IT capabilities of teachers and students from the elementary school and encouraged teachers integrated IT into instruction to enhance the learning effectiveness and information capabilities of students. Much literature has been explored the factors influencing elementary school teachers' IT integrated into instruction. However, teachers have encountered many problems in the integration of IT into instruction. Based on the Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT), this study thus explores the factors of teacher's IT integration into instruction, and hope to have a more complete understanding of the reasons that affect the teacher's IT integration into instruction. In data collecting, this study applied the purposive sampling and distributed questionnaires to respondents who are Elementary school teacher in Kaohsiung via Internet. There were 206 valid questionnaires have been received. The results showed that relative advantage, compatibility, trialability, observability, executive executive cognition, government policy, vendor support, innovative attitude, information technology attitude, information technology knowledge have positive influenced on teachers' IT integration into instruction. Finally, this study proposed specific suggestions to enhance teachers' IT integration into instruction.
