軍職人員理財規劃與關鍵事件之研究-以南部軍事醫院為例

摘要

本研究以關鍵事件技術結合內容分析法研究位於南部三間軍事醫院軍職行政人員做為研究對象，針對於醫院當中的軍職行政人員進行問卷調查，以透過受訪的行政人員之自我理財實力與自我探究，來分析其理財認知與理財規劃的理解其觀點。
一共發出150問卷，回收多少120有效問卷，並關鍵事件技術進行內容分析，研究分析的結果，主要得出有下列三項。
一、醫院軍職人員的理財規劃與關鍵事件技術。
二、對個人資料之身分變異項會連動到理財規劃之行為。
三、世代不同與以往理財觀念之差異。

This research uses the key event method combined with the content analysis method to study the military administrative personnel of three military hospitals located in the south as the research object. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the military administrative personnel in the hospitals, and the self-financing strength and financial management of the interviewed administrative personnel were investigated. Self-inquiry to analyze his financial cognition and financial planning understanding of his point of view.
A total of 150 questionnaires were sent out, how many 120 valid questionnaires were collected, and the content analysis was carried out by the key event method. The results of the research and analysis mainly found the following three items.
1.Financial planning and key events of military personnel in the hospital.
2.The identity variation items of personal data will be linked to the behavior of financial planning.
3.Differences between different generations and previous financial management concepts.
