The management of human resources in each organization had an extremely important significance in the existence and development of that organization. And the most important thing in management is human management. Due to the importance of human resources for the economy in general and in particular for business management, I decided to choose my research topic is "Improving the HR management at AgribankVinh Long City for stage from 2013 to 2018”. The specific aims of the thesis are to analyze the actual status on HR, the organization structure, the situation of using and development HR at AgribankVinh Long City in the latest three years to 6 initial months of 2013; determine the achievements, the existing problems and the causes of HRM; Establish the strategies of improving the HR quality resources to meet the political and business duties assigned to AgribankVinh Long City. Through the thesis, the followings method are used: the method of systematizing, generalizing, systematically thinking, logically inferring and comparing; The quantitative method through the statistical solfware SPSS; The method of forcasting, analyzing using SWOT technology. The graduation paper has been completed with the results obtained responding to the initially planned goals, as follows: Through the situation of using HR resource of AgribankVinh Long city, the graduation paper has also stated the achievements as well as the existing problems of AgribankVinh Long City in the HR management. To improve the human resource management at ArgibankVinh Long city, the bank need to focus on: 1. Improving organizational structure 2. Renewals in personnel recruitment policy 3. Change in staff training and development 4. Completion of the salary regime 5.Completion of working facilities, environment 6.The suitable Planning of Executive 7.Bonus policy 8.Policy of talent retaining.
