醫療人員之安全認知與安全績效之相關性研究

摘要


在健康照護體系中,為了避免不必要的醫療疏失,病人安全是醫療照護過程中重要環節之一。因此,本研究主要目的欲探討醫院醫療人員安全認知對於安全績效的影響情形。另外,本研究將採取問卷調查方法,並針對南部某教學醫院的人員以立意抽樣方式進行調查,研究對象包含醫師、護理人員與醫技人員。問卷內容包含安全認知、安全氣候、轉化型領導及安全績效,研究方法以階層迴歸模式進行假說檢定。由研究結果得知:(1)醫療人員的安全認知與安全績效有正向關聯(β=0.181,p<0.001);(2)安全氣候對安全認知與安全績效之間具有正向的調節效果(β=0.185,p<0.001);(3)轉化型領導對安全認知與安全績效之間具有正向的調節效果(β=0.195,p<0.001)。由研究結果推論出醫院醫療人員的安全認知確實與安全績效是有關聯性的,而且安全氣候及轉化型領導對安全認知與安全績效是有調節效果的。

In the health care system, in order to avoid unnecessary medical negligence, patient safety is one important part of the health care process. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to explore the hospital medical staff security awareness relevance for safety performance. In addition, the research selecting purposive sampling for this study is a teaching hospital in southern Taiwan. The questionnaires are distributed to physicians, nurses and medical technicians in the hospital. The questionnaire includes Security awareness, Security climate, Transformational leadership and Safety performance, in order to test hypotheses hierarchical regression model. By the result: (1) Security awareness and safety performance of medical staff has a positive association (β = 0.181, p <0.001); (2) The security climate moderates the relationship between security awareness and safety performance (β = 0.185, p <0.001); (3) Transformational leadership positively moderates the relationship between security awareness and safety performance (β = 0.195, p <0.001). Based on the results of this study, the hospital medical staff security awareness and safety performance are indeed associated; in addition, both security climate and Transformational Leadership exert positive moderating effects on the relationship between security awareness and safety performance.
