健康識能與慢性病人服藥遵從性關聯之研究

摘要

背景與目的：平均餘命的增長，慢性病的照顧對於世界各國都是頭痛的問題，而服藥遵從性不佳亦是慢性病照顧上常見的大問題；健康識能為提出了數十年的健康照護議題，也是近幾年許多設為國家健康照護目標的一大主題。本論文主要目的為探討於健康識能，是否能夠成為幫助改善慢性病人的服藥遵從性的手段。
材料與方法：本論文將依據Sørensen等人以及Morisky等人所提出的量表，利用問卷調查法，分別衡量年滿慢性病人的健康識能與服藥遵從性，而健康識能包含健康照護、疾病預防和健康促進共三類子健康識能；服藥遵從性包含服藥遵從意圖和服藥態度。用問卷調查法，並以面對面方式發放問卷，蒐集完資料則以線性回歸預測健康識能與慢性病患服藥遵從性之關聯。
結果與結論：本論文共發放100問卷，收回有效問卷共100分，回收率100%。經統計分析後，結果顯示在加入性別、年齡、服藥年數以及教育程度的前提下，受訪者的健康識能與子健康識能對服藥遵從性呈正向影響，並達到統計上顯著。

Background and Goals: With the Life Expectancy grown, taking care of people with chronic disease become the key focus worldwide. In addition, Poor medication adherence is also a common problem for taking care of chronic patients. Health Literacy is a long-awaited issue, and many Western countries have listed it as an annual health care goal to improve the quality of care. The main purpose of this paper is to explore whether Health Literacy can be a way to help improve medication compliance in chronic patients.
Materials and Methods: This paper will use the questionnaire based on the scales by Sørensen et al. and Morisky et al. to measure the health literacy and medication adherence of chronic patients. The questionnaire consists of five variables: health care health literacy, disease prevention health literacy, health promotion health literacy , medication adherence and medication attitude. Results and Conclusions: A total of 100 questionnaires were distributed, and the response rate was 100%. Data analysis showed that when referring to demographic status , the patient's Health Literacy positively affected their medication adherence.
