黑藥錠自動化生產設備之開發研究

摘要


經統計,個案公司每年須產製大量黑藥錠製供各式彈藥使用,達10萬件以上。現今世界各國之工業發展皆以智慧化、自動化等為趨勢,然火工生產作業係屬高度風險產業,如不慎造成炸藥作用,將造成大量的人事物傷害,然評估一個國家發展程度,亦可透過職業安全統計及分析,一個高發展度國家,其職業災害應降至最低;另參照個案公司現行製造黑藥錠製程係以傳統人工線為主,工作同仁需長時間接觸火藥等爆炸性物質,隨之帶來的風險長時間與工作人員作伴,為此結合上述觀點,本研究目的在於開發創新型火工自動化生產設備,藉由本次設備開發,使傳統火工製程作業轉變為智慧化、自動化,並透過人機作業分離方式,使工作人員避免接觸火工品(爆炸性物質),亦藉由新式製程等優點,使生產效益大幅提升,進而厚植國軍整體後勤能量。

According to statistics, the case study company is assigned to produce large numbers of ingot of black powder, over 100,000 per annum, for manufacturing various ammunitions. The current trend of making ammunitions in industrial countries are characterized by intellectualization and automation. Production of explosion is a high-risk job and usually comes with severe damage when chemical explosion unconsciously happened. It is feasible to estimate the developmental level of a country through its occupational safety statistics and analysis. As a developed country, its occupational injury should be as low as possible. The standard procedure of producing ingot black powder of the case study company still relies on manual labor. The long period of exposure to explosive material poses high risk to the employees of the company. Based on the aforementioned regards, the objective of this research is to develop an innovative automatic equipment for manufacturing explosive. It is expected that this equipment will lead the change in explosive manufacture process from manual labor to intellectualization and automation. The human-machine separation interface of this equipment prevents the employees from contacting explosive material. With the novel manufacture process and other benefits coming along with this equipment, the enhancement of production efficiency is foreseeable, which in turn deepen the armed force logistics strength。
