煤炭氣化技術之結渣潛力探討

The Slagging Potential Research for Coal Gasifier

摘要


針對煤炭氣化之三種典型氣化爐,噴流床、流化床和固定床,處理各種煤炭的氣化技術效益,深受進料煤炭與熔渣性質的影響,提升氣化爐運轉可靠度與熔渣特性有相當直接的關係,本文針對氣化爐熔渣的特性與選用煤炭做出比較分析,氣化爐在成本與氣化效益考量下之氣化溫度一般為1,400~1,500℃,因此熔渣流動溫度大於1,500℃時,應考慮添加助熔劑;助熔劑的添加量,一般以熔渣黏度小於25Pas為原則決定助熔劑的添加量,約為乾粉煤的3wt%或灰渣重量的20%,視煤炭灰渣含量多寡而異,助熔劑的添加隨灰渣組成增加而增加;基於成本考量減少助熔劑使用之對策,建議選擇灰渣含量低之煤炭,或摻配具有低熔渣流動溫度之煤炭,以利氣化操作與效率提升。

The gasification of coal to produce hydrogen for use either on power generation or/and for synthesis applications and transport is attraction considerable interest worldwide. The suitability of three types of generic gasifiers (entrained flow, fluidized bed and fixed bed gasifiers) for processing all types of coals had discussed in previous paper (1). This article will focus on the potential about the blocking of coal slagging in gasifier, especially for slagging gasifier, when we had choose the suitable types of coal. The factors that will effect the slagging behaviours include ash composition, gasification temperature, operation conditions and so on. Some advises about slagging preventing operation stratage will be discussion in the end of this article.
