情緒智商對士官領導效能之相關研究

摘要


本研究主要探討情緒智商對士官領導效能的影響。自從Salovey and Mayer (1990) 提出情緒智商的概念之後,廣泛受到學者的關注與研究,情緒智商主要在強調個人情緒調整、技巧、情緒評估處理以及情緒應用,讓生活更充實的一種能力。回顧學者的論點,大致上對於情緒智商在組織團隊永續經營中扮演了重要角色,均已有一定程度的共識。因此,本研究主要是整合Salovey and Mayer (1990)的情緒智商變相論點,以及領導效能評量的四種架構的互相關係,在探討情緒智啇與領導效能之關係,以陸軍專科士官學員為探討對象進行配對問卷,共計有150位幹部參與,共發放問卷150 份,回收有效問卷134份,有效回收率為89%。經SPSS軟體之探索性因素分析、變異數分析等統計方法進行實證分析,實證結果發現如下: 1. 情緒智商與領導效能均呈現顯著正向影響。 2. 不同背景變項對情緒智商與領導效能所呈現,年齡為31歲以上階層;級職為士官長;學歷為專科以上;服役年資為11年以上;婚姻狀況為已婚,就平均值而言,擁有以上或其中任何背景變項的人,在情緒智商與領導效能兩方面有共同的正向顯著關係,屬兩者雙高的表現。 3. 情緒智商的「情緒調整、情緒評估、交際技巧、情緒應用」表現上與領導效能的「目標達成度、部屬態度、團體歷程、領導能力」認同上呈現顯著的正向相關。

This study focuses on the effects of emotional intelligence on Non-commissioned officer leadership effectiveness. Since Salovey and Mayer (1990) proposed the concept of emotional intelligence, the widespread attention and research scholars, emotional intelligence is mainly emphasized personal emotional adjustment, skill, emotion and mood application evaluation process, to make life more fulfilling kind of ability. Recalling the arguments related to academics in the past, largely for emotional intelligence in organizations sustainable management team plays an important role, have a certain degree of consensus. Therefore, this study is the integration of Salovey and Mayer (1990) argument disguised emotional quotient, as well as the relationship among the four architectures leadership effectiveness assessment amount, and in the mood to explore the relationship between wisdom and leadership effectiveness of emotional intelligence to students for non-commissioned officers in the Army specialist In order to investigate the object paired questionnaire, a total of 150 cadres to participate, a total of 150 questionnaires, 134 valid questionnaires, the effective rate was 89%. SPSS12.0 software through exploration factor analysis, statistical methods and regression analysis of variance analysis and other empirical analysis, empirical results are found as follows: 1. Emotional intelligence and leadership effectiveness showed a significant positive effect. 2. Different background variables on emotional intelligence and leadership effectiveness presented, aged 31 years and older strata; class rank as sergeant; qualifications for specialist; seniority in service for more than 11 years; marital status as married, the average value words, with more than background variables, or any person with common positive significant relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership effectiveness in terms of both belong to the two double high performance. 3. Emotional IQ "emotional adjustment, emotional assessment, communication skills, emotional Apply 'and Leadership Effectiveness" degree of achievement, attitude subordinates, group process, leadership skills, "the show presents a significant positive correlation on identity.
