電動車電池擺放位置及結構振動模擬分析

摘要


本論文主要針對純電動汽車的電池擺放位置、應力分析、自然頻率與模擬路上的使用狀況的隨機振動分析,並探討不同參數條件所造成的變形與位移狀況。本研究先以CAD軟體SolidWorks繪出所需之車架、避震器與電池模組模型,再匯入有限元素軟體ANSYS Workbench進行所需的分析,而後對電池模組擺放之不同位置進行所需之分析模擬。本研究之電池模組主要分為擺放於車架中間的直列式電池與擺放於車架尾部的橫置式電池,並針對整體模型的相同參數設定與電池模組不同擺放位置進行個別分析,而後找出可用及較為理想的模型與擺放位置,以提高設計的效率,達到節省生產成本與設計時間。

This thesis aims to study the stress analysis natural frequency and random vibration analysis of different positions of battery sets for electric vehicle.The strain and displacement of different parameters are also considered in this thesis.The CAD software,Solidworks is initially used to draw the structure, absorbers and battery set,and then import them to the finite element analysis software,the so-called ANSYS Workbench to implement the next analysis.Then the different positions of battery set are considered to be analysis to compare the simulation results.The battery module of this study is divided into placing in the middle of the frame with battery sets in a row and placing in the end of the frame with battery set in a column.We compare them with the same parameter settings but different placement to find the useful and optimal placement to ensure the design efficiency and also save production cost and design time.
