本研究主旨在探討消費者對外送食品品質的態度與飲食行為之研究進行問卷調查,蒐集消費者對外送食品食品品質的態度,以及飲食行為所呈現的現象。採李克特氏量表進行研究,研究地區為以台中市地區作為問卷發放與調查範圍,研究對象以有在此飯店訂購外送餐飲之消費者。樣本數為160份,回收有效問券160份,回收率為100%,以百分比、平均值和標準差等統計值簡化資料複雜性,並利用敘述性統計說明消費者的社經背景資料和消費者對飯店外送食品品質的態度與飲食行為之研究。主要研究發現如下: 不同社經地位消費者對飯店外送食品品質態度構面有顯著差異分析 一、 不同性別消費者在「安全衛生」、「餐點色味」及「再購意願」之外送 食品品質態度有顯著差異。 二、 不同年齡消費者僅在「安全衛生」及「再購意願」之外送食品品質態 度有顯著差異。 三、 不同教育程度消費者僅在「餐點品質」之外送食品品質態度有顯著差 異。 四、 不同職業之消費者僅在「餐點色味」之外送食品品質態度有顯著差異。 五、 不同平均月收入之消費者在「安全衛生」及「外送服務」之外送食品品 質態度有顯著差異。 依據上述研究結論對業者、學校、教師及學生提供後續研究與相關建議。
This study aims to examine the delivery of food quality and consumer of foreign attitudes and behavior of dietary questionnaires were sent outside to collect food food quality consumer attitudes and eating behavior presented by the phenomenon. The main findings are as follows: Consumers of different socioeconomic status outside the hotel to send food quality on the attitude of significant differences in dimensions 1. consumers in different sex, "Safety and Health, ""meals color aste"and"repurchase intentions " than to send Significant differences in food quality and attitude. 2. consumers of different ages only in the "safety and health"and"repurchase intentions " to send outside the state of food quality Significant differences in degree. 3. the different levels of education of consumers only in the "quality of meals" to send food quality than the attitude of a significant difference Different. 4. only in different occupations of the consumer, "meals-color style " get beyond the significant difference in the attitude of food quality. 5.the average monthly income of different consumers in the "safety and health"and"delivery service" beyond the delivery of food products Significant differences in the quality manner.
