A total of 700 questionnaires were distributed and 668 valid questionnaires were collected for effective recycling, achieving a rate of 95.43%. The data obtained were analyzed by Descriptive statistics, Independent t-test, One-Way Anova, Pearson Correlation Analysis and Multiple Simultaneous Regression Analysis. The results are as follows: most of Xitou hiking enthusiasts are women, over 45 years old. Most of them are married, have children and live with family members also accounted for the majority; Xitou hikers with the highest awareness of "Perceived Leisure Competence” factor, and “Depth of Involvement in Leisure” factor is the lowest; leisure benefits with "Aesthetic Benefits" factor the highest, "Psychological Benefits” factors have the lowest feelings; the Xitou hikes with different background variables have significant differences in leisure perception and leisure benefits.
