本研究主旨係探討業務銷售流程面臨變革,以適應企業內外環境的變化,並以某一目標或某一願景為取向的一系列活動。本研究主要目的欲瞭解業務同仁面臨業務變革情況下,對工作投入的影響性。因此,本研究主要是探討成就目標導向、變革認知對工作投入之影響性研究:並以主管信任為干擾變項。 本研究採問卷調查法,研究問卷包含個人基本資料、成就目標導向、變革認知、工作投入及主管信任。問卷調查對象為S人壽台中市、彰化縣及南投縣之分公司現職業務同仁,採用便利抽樣來作為調查之樣本。以構面之25倍作問卷調查,共需要250份之有效問卷,共發放300份問卷,有效問卷為263份,有效回收率為87.66%,本研究依此263份問卷進行資料之統計分析。本研究資料統計分析採用SPSS 18.0 for windows統計套裝軟體來進行,使用之分析方法包括敘述性統計分析、相關分析、迴歸分析及階層迴歸分析。 本研究根據資料分析結果,提出以下結論: 一、成就目標導向之趨向精熟目標導向及趨向績效目標導向對變革認知之提升組織競爭力之認知有正向影響性。 二、變革認知之提升組織競爭力之認知與活動管理標準化變革之疑慮對工作投入存在顯著影響。 三、主管信任對變革認知之提升組織競爭力之認知及活動管理標準化變革之疑慮與工作投入關係存在部分干擾效果。
The purpose of this research is to explore a series of activities that are subject to change in the business sales process to adapt to changes in the internal and external environment of the enterprise, and to a certain goal or a vision. Therefore, this study is mainly to explore the impact of achievement goal orientation and change cognition on work engagement: and use supervisory trust as the interference variable. This study adopts a questionnaire survey method, which includes basic personal data, achievement goal orientation, change perception, work engagement, and supervisor trust. The questionnaire was conducted by the employees of S Life Insurance Co., Ltd. in Taichung City, Changhua County and Nantou County, using convenient sampling as a sample of the survey. A questionnaire survey of 25 times of facets requires 250 valid questionnaires, and a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, of which 263 were valid questionnaires, and the effective recovery rate was 87.66%. This study will conduct statistical analysis of the data according to the 263 questionnaires. . The statistical analysis of this research data was carried out using SPSS 18.0 for windows statistical software package. The analysis methods used included narrative statistical analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, this study proposes the following conclusions: I. Achievement Goal Orientation Trends Targeting and Trends Performance Goal Orientation has a positive impact on the perception of change in organizational competitiveness. II. Cognition of Change Cognition to Enhance Organizational Competitiveness and Doubts about the transformation of business process standardization has a significant impact on Work engagement. III. The supervisory trust has a partial interference effect on the perception of change, the recognition of organizational competitiveness, and the doubts about the standardization of business process and Work engagement.
