從新聞報導探討國軍之新聞發佈─以陸軍第十軍團指揮部為例

新聞報導是用以影響國人對國軍看法的途徑之一，而國軍如何運用媒體露出操作以強化國軍形象值得探討。本研究以國軍(十軍團)為研究對象，從國軍在青年日報的報導作為媒體露出操作的觀察標的，選擇青年日報資料庫中2017年1月1日起至12月31日期間的「第十軍團」高關聯新聞訊息，篩選出138則新聞進行內容分析，主要研究目的有三：(一)探討國軍(十軍團)新聞之媒體報導分析內涵(新聞種類、新聞形式、新聞主題)；(二)從時間歷程觀點，探討十軍團之媒體報導內涵；(三)探討不同新聞種類之新聞報導內涵。研究結果顯示：(1)第十軍團的新聞報導種類以任務報導為主(67.39%)，其次為活動報導(30.43%)；報導形式以人物及機構新聞(52.17%)最多，其次為事件新聞(46.37%)；新聞主題以教育訓練的新聞最多(61.59%)，其次為內外部關係(13.76%)；(2) 一年間以10~12月的新聞曝光量最多；當中以任務報導為主，7~8月以活動報導為主；(3) 任務報導與活動型報導同樣以人物及機構新聞及事件新聞為主；任務報導的主題以教育訓練為主，活動報導以內外部關係報導為主。依據研究結果，本研究提出實務建議與未來研究方向。

Armed forces by media is worth to discuss.The object of research this time is the 10th Army command.The target of research is studying now the Youth Daily News operate the media.Selected the information which are highly related to the 10th Army Command from “Youth Daily News” of 2017.01.01 to 12.31.There are 138 news which, have been selected for analyzing.And there are 3 main purposes for the research.1st, Analyzing the intentions of news media which are related to the 10th Army Command. < Inclining the type form and topic of news>2nd, Analyzing intentions of news media from the 10th Army Command with the viewpoint.3rd. Research intentions of news media from different kind of news topic.The result of research shows.(1)The main type of news reported by the 10th Army Command was mission news report <67.39%>,and then activities report <30.43%>There are most news reported with the topic of people and unit <52.17%>And then event news <46.37%>The most related topics of news report is education and training <61.59%>And the rest of issue is about relation from inside and outside.(2)There are most news being exposure from October to December Most of the news is about mission.And most of the news reported from July to August is about activities of the command.(3)The topics of the mission and activity report are the same It’s all about characters.units and events.The main topic of mission report is about education and training.The main topic of activity is about the relation from inside and outside.In accordance with the result of this research which provided basic suggestions and the way now to research in the future.
